Logos and names
The "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" and "NoiseModelling" logos and their respective names are properties of Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly Ifsttar) and CNRS. The logos and the names "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" and "NoiseModelling" are not part of the GNU GPL, and can only be used commercially by Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly Ifsttar) and CNRS.
How to use the logo?
If you want to use our logos for any other purpose, you must obtain written permission from Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly Ifsttar) and CNRS unless the following rules are verified:
- The logo can only be used to point to the "Noise-Planet" platform and the "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" softwares, with the following dedicated URL: https://noise-planet.org/, https://noise-planet.org/noisecapture.html and https://noise-planet.org/noisemodelling.html.
- You should promote your own branding more prominent than you use the "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" logos. It has to be clear for a viewer that this is not an official "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" product or content.
- The logo must be unaltered. In addition, it is not allowed to combine the "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" logos with any other logos or trademarks.
- If you want to use the "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" logos for a commercial product or service, you should ask Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly Ifsttar) and CNRS before, for explicit permission.
For all permitted uses, you can NOT:
- Use the "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" logos in a way that suggests any type of association or partnership with Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly Ifsttar) or CNRS (unless allowed via a license).
- Use the "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" logos in unacceptable or inadequate contents.
- Use the "Noise-Planet", "NoiseCapture" or "NoiseModelling" logos in contents that could disparage or sully the reputation of Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly Ifsttar) or CNRS.
